You will hold full copyright to the content that we will develop for you and deliver as per the agreed terms. We will hold no copyright whatsoever on the content and you are free to publish and use it as per your wish.
We charge 100% advance payment for all services mentioned on the website. All transaction charges and tax (as applicable) are to be borne by the client.
We offer unlimited number of revisions on delivered work, as long as the requests are made within 7 days of delivering the work, and in special cases, as long as the requests are made within 14 days of delivering of work. All revision requests pertaining to customers order will be completed as per the urgency of the order with 24 hours as standard minimum turnaround time.
Revision turnaround time as per urgency is as follows:
Any project requirements will be discussed with the clients before the start of a project. Service level disputes will be addressed based on the agreed terms and requirements at the beginning of a project, these terms and conditions, as well as reasonable business practices.
You may claim a full refund before we have started working on your project. However, once work has commenced, any refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges. Refund requests will not be accepted if the service was purchased under a limited-time or discounted promotion.
A refund request may be submitted within five days of order completion if you are not satisfied with the product or service provided by British Publishers. A partial refund may be granted if we are unable to fulfil the required service under our unlimited revision policy. If no refund request is received within five days of delivery, the order will be considered accepted by both parties.
Once the final deliverable has been approved, any further revisions or re-edits will be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.

This includes, transitional messages, periodic updates about your service or project, updates, newsletters, and services delivery e.g. Design attachments, Project updates and Revisions update.

If you wish to stop receiving emails or mobile communications, you can:
• For emails, click the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
• For mobile communications, reply "STOP" or “Unsub” “Unsubcribe” to any SMS message you receive from us. The SMS will be stopped right away.
We will strive to limit the frequency of our communications to a reasonable level. However, there may be exceptions during special update about project or urgent notifications.
Your email address and mobile phone number will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
British Publishers reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these changes.
