Discounts and Promotions

Services bought with a discount or promotion are not eligible for a refund.

Engagement with the Project

We won't issue refunds in this situation because the client's request for revisions or design changes indicates active engagement with the project and acceptance of the work in progress.

An Insufficient or Missing Creative Brief

If the client's creative brief lacks essential details or is incomplete, there may be a refund due to insufficient project direction.

Design Acceptance

Once the client approves the design, we will consider the project finished and issue no further refunds.

Delivery of Final Files

Once the customer gets the final files, which mark the completion and fulfillment of the service, refunds are not allowed.

Website Development Stage

Once a website has gone into creation after design approval, refunds are not available.

Insufficient Communication or Client Delays

If the client doesn't respond within 14 business days or delays communication, we may halt or cancel the project without a refund.

Non-Service-Related Refund Requests

We will not issue refunds for events such as client business closures, partner disputes, or changes of mind that are unrelated to the value or delivery of our services.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We consider initiating a dispute or chargeback as a clear breach of our terms and conditions, leading to the immediate cancellation of the service. We won't handle refunds in these situations.

Services that are Not Refundable

The services listed below are completely non-refundable:

  • Registering a domain for hosting
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Administration
  • Copyright and trademark services

Moreover, we are not able to give returns for services bought from outside vendors since we have no control over the terms or quality of services they deliver.

Cancellation of Service

Before the project starts, clients might want to cancel services. Based on the completed work up to that point, we can consider a partial reimbursement.

Delays on Third-Party Platforms

We will not issue refunds for delays or disruptions beyond our control, and British Publishers holds no liability for any losses or delays resulting from issues with third-party platforms.
